Here you can find a preview of the standard questionnaires as pdf files to get an impression of which questions are included in the evaluation. As a registered user, you can further adapt the questionnaires to your needs by deleting individual questions or adding your own questions.

i-EVAL is designed for surveying participants and staff members using digital devices - the best way to fill in the questionnaires is on a smartphone, tablet or computer.

However, you also have the option of downloading the questionnaires as a PDF file, conducting the survey using paper questionnaires, and then entering the answers manually.
